Related to this last blog post I've written- like I said last time I started printing out ALL of my old story scripts and worldbuilding docs. I've paused on that to save cash for the next upcoming months so... I've started to organize it all instead!!! >:O
Absolutely wild decision given how much I have- but I'm determined to see two folders (one for stories/one for comic scripts) that contain EVERYTHING and it's neatly organized!!!
It took me about a week or two's time but I FINALLY FINISHED IT WOO!!!! For a bit of context (I think I explained this before...????), but I started writing this stuff on notepad, to microsoft docs, to quick office, to google drive, to my (current at the time) phone's notes app, to notion, and landing at Obsidian for any sort of ideas/scripts I had. And whenever I needed to backup eveything I'd gather it up and move it to the current flash drive I was using. Years and years go by of this same process and suddenly I have duplicates upon duplicates of notes and scripts help
Soooo during the last week of June I just dove in and started to organize everything! Giving them dates, comparing versions together, and putting them in the correct folder! I had so many duplicates of various files, but luckily MOST were from one of 3 google drive exports, which made it easier to sort through older and new versions. I just kept the newer versions without the weird formatting from google docs (although...I kinda wish the metadata was the same as the day I made it instead of the one windows gives it by default aka the day I exported the files. probably a me thing tho).

(Funnily enough while writing this blog post I remembered that I started this process sometime back in April? Or was it March?? I cannot remember...but it's been a min since I started haha)
But I finished sorting everything!! Lemme tell you it feels great to open my worldbuilding folder and see just two folders, where everything is easily navigable and organized ;o; we love to see it!!

All that's really left is to put everything that's from Obsidian in there (that I'm not actively using atm) but that's another project for another time- I was focused on getting all of my older stuff sorted out! I also need to sort everything into the correct year folder but like grabbing everything from Obsidian, that's another project for another time haha
Since that's done, I'm gonna move onto printing out all of my digital art haha huh who said that adding more pages to my comic buffer. B)
